Cranky pants isn't sleeping or eating well these days. He is having attachment issues and is super fussy ever since vacation. Hopefully it passes soon! I'm sleepy!

It is still HOTTT. We went shopping w/Grandma this morning and swimming this afternoon. The pool is a little cloudy, but otherwise felt soo nice! We played in the A/C the rest of the day.

We had shrimp, ribs and corn on the cob tonight at my parents. Levi and Evan also found a nice way to cool off!

We headed to the Dr. this evening to get Levi's ear checked. The dr. said they look much better and are no longer infected!
My parents were also nice enough to let me borrow their Expedition for the weekend since my car doesn't have AC. The heat index today is 115degrees! Holy hotness!

It'd be nice if someone actually got around to mowing the real yard. Both the mower and weed-wacker are broken and the yard hasn't been mowed since the day before Levi's birthday!!

It is HOT. We are in the middle of a serious heat wave. It is supposed to get increasingly worse by the end of the week. Temperatures are expected to exceed 100 degrees! Levi is living in diapers for now.

We did one last walk around the resort this morning after everything was packed up for pictures. A shuttle bus picked us up around 11am and we headed to the airport. By the time we got through security, customs and grabbed some lunch, it was time to board the plane. Our flight was supposed to take off at 3:15 but there was a computer problem. We all had to get off the plane and hang out in the airport for 3 more hours. By the time we got back on and took off it was almost 7pm. We got into BWI at 11pm, and didn't get home until 2am! Such a long day, but we are thankful to have had an amazing family vacation!

Our last full day in Jamaican was great! Relaxing and enjoyable. Levi is super attached today. He refused to hang out in the nursery so we swam and enjoyed our time together as a family. Dan and I ate dinner at a Japanese Hibatchi restaurant at the resort called Kimonos. It was amazing! A perfect way to end our trip :)

Levi had an awful night. He cried for hours. We woke up and took him to the doctor on site. $150 later the doctor confirmed double ear infections. We also paid $70 for anti-biotics. Poor Bubb!!! I can't believe he's been such a trooper all week feeling sick, especially on the plane. We joined a dinner party on the beach this evening right at sunset. It was beautiful and delicious!

Vacations go so fast. It is already mid-week and I feel like we just got here. We took a ride on a glass bottom boat this afternoon. We saw coral reefs, fish and a sunken boat. Dwayne (the captain) loved Levi. He had him sitting on his lap and sang to him. He sang the Jamaican National Anthem. We ate dinner at the Mexican restaurant, Arizona again tonight. It was delicious!! Levi seems to be a little extra fussy lately. We don't think he's feeling well.

We had a relaxing day on the beach today. We lounged by the pool, played in the lazy river and had lots of fruity beach drinks. Levi hung out at the nursery for awhile, and we had dinner on the beach. Levi was exhausted by the end of the day.

Our 1st full day is Jamaica was great. We swam, and played and ate! The island is beautiful and the resort is awesome! Bubb is a little grumpy, possibly because it's a new place and there is a bit of a time difference. We had a wedding consultation to go over the details this morning.We ate dinner at a restaurant called Arizona. Levi lasted about 4 minutes until he picked up a plate and shattered it on the floor. Luckily my sister was walking by at the same time so we handed him off and had a nice dinner together.

Cya next week PA!
We flew out of BWI this morning around 8:30. Our flight lasted just over 3 hours. We arrived in Montego Bay, Jamaica just before noon. It was HOT and sticky. We hopped in a shuttle van and drove about and hour and a half to Negril. We finally arrived at the Beaches resort around 2pm!!! Unfortunately it stormed the entire afternoon. Otherwise, traveling went well. Levi did fine on the plane. He was antsy but we expected that.
