Levi is feeling MUCH better today! He still won't eat but he will drink and play. Good enough for me. We decorated our tree this evening. It is quite funny looking, but oh well. At least we have one!

Levi was so sick today. He woke up this morning burning up. He cuddled for about an hour, and fell right back to sleep. I had to wake him up to get to the store, we got back, and he fell asleep again. His fever was around 102 all day. We did venture out to cut down a tree with my parents and then had a turkey dinner at there house but we had to cut our visit short due to the kid. We got home and put him to bed. His fever broke around 11pm and he woke up soaked in sweat. He was still miserable so he got a warm bath and slept with Daddy. Poor guy!

Today was Levi's last day at Carol's house. The YMCA finally has an opening and he starts there on Monday!

Beth and Jackie came over tonight and brought us dinner from Genovas! Jackie was only home for a few days so it was nice to see her. I can't believe how cuddly Levi was with Aunty Beth.

Bubb and I were blowing raspberries on Daddy's belly tonight. It was hilarious. Really he was just spitting everywhere but he thought he was doing it right. He totally laughed every time he did it.

I put Christmas lights on the fireplace mantel today. Levi was in awe! He says "pretty" if we ask him to.
Grandma and Grandpa came over to help me with a few things. My Mom helped me cook dinner. We had originally planned for baby back ribs. I got them all prepared, slow cooked them for 3 hours on the grill, decided to turn the 2nd burner on and BAM. They got burnt to an ash in less than 15 minutes. It was SO disappointing. :( I guess the dripping of grease from slow-cooking them built up and lit on fire once I turned the second burner on. $30 worth of ribs later, and I learned my lesson.

I can't believe it is December already! Time flies. Hopefully the winter goes fast. Our temperatures have luckily been unseasonably mild so far. (Except for the weird snowstorm in October)
Levi is more interested in snacking these days rather then sitting down for a meal. If it gets him to eat, I don't mind.

The little monkey can finally get onto the chair by himself. (Well with the help of an extra inch from the Frisbee) He has FOUR teeth coming in all at once right now! Nights have been a little rough lately. Hopefully they hurry up and don't cause him too much pain!

We went to Dutch Winter Wonderland today! It was awesome. Levi had so much fun and it was great to spend the entire day as a family. I wasn't sure how it would go since he has never been on a ride before but he did so well! The only time he fussed was when the ride was over. They had Christmas lights up all over the park, reindeer, a musical show and Santa! Levi was NOT a fan of Santa.

We went to my friend Aly's baby shower this morning. Levi, of course, wanted to run around and get into everything. Regardless, we had a nice time and Aly looked so cute with her little belly!

Levi spent the night at Grandma and Grandpa's house lastnight. Dan and I went to Walmart at 9:30 since the Black Friday sales started at midnight. I stood in line for 2.5 hours for a laptop! The we bought some other Christmas gifts, went to the mall and got home around 2am!
