Audrey, her boys, Beth, Levi and I went to "Saturday in the Park" at Springettsbury Park today. The weather was PERFECT and the boys had a great time. Levi got a birdhouse, firemens hat, and a lollipop! They played and swang. (Or swung?) It was so nice to be with my girls and the boys!!

There were fireworks at Sunset Lane park tonight. We didn't know how Levi would react since they were set off about 200yards from us but he did so well. He laughed every time there was a big boom!

Levi was feeling a little better this morning so he went to daycare. Unfortunately another kid bit him at daycare! He came home and was cranky again. All he wanted to do was lay with Daddy.

My little sicky isn't feeling much better today. He will drink some of his bottle here and there but still not eating. He has also developed a rash all over his body. :( My husband brought me flowers since he knew I was having a rough weekend!

My kid is sick :( He refused to eat, sleep or drink today. He was MISERABLE. I have never seen him so sad for so long. We had to run out and get a few things this morning and a lady that worked at the store gave Levi a lollipop so that he would stop screaming.

Today was stressful! I got Levi up and ready for daycare but once we got there he was clingy and hot. Miss Jill took his temp and it ended up being 102.2. Dan was already at work and I needed to go for payroll. I dropped Levi off w/my Mom and the car dealership since she was getting her car serviced. She could only watch him until 11:30 so he got dropped off at Tumbletown w/Aunt Chelsea. I was able to leave work at 1:00 and scooped him up. He wasn't feeling well at all. He ate some fruit, fussed about his footy PJs and headed to bed. Poor Bubb!

Well this is a really bad picture but it's all I got. I was cooking dinner while Levi was snacking on goldfish and I turned around to see about 7 shoved in his mouth. (which is what you are looking at) I put the camera down and looked again to find all 7, soggy, half chewed goldfish on his booster seat tray. Gross! In other news, Levi now says "Apple!"

Dan, Levi and I went to the fair after work this evening. Levi saw all kinds of cute little animals, we played "I got it," and walked around for awhile. Our main purpose in even going to the fair was to get gyros from the Greek Orthodox Church's stand. And what do you know....we get there, and no stand!!!! UGH! We had to settle from some bobo gyros that didn't even compare to the real thing! Dan got fudge and I got a whoopie pie though. :) All in all, it was a good evening with my boys!
(We had to be at the gate my 6pm in order to get in free so I rushed home from work and of course forgot my camera)

He LOVES to run! We had to take the baby gates down so that he can run from room to room. It is sooo soo cute!
Uneventful Sunday. Daddy worked, Mommy and Levi went grocery shopping and hung out.

Levi and I took my car to Pepboys for new tires and an oil change. Grandma and Aunt Chelsea met us there and we went across the street to Old Navy and Home Goods. Grandma bought Levi some fall clothes! They took us home since our car wasn't finished in time. The Fair started yesterday so Levi and I walk down to check it out. We didn't go in but we walked around the perimeter for about an hour and a half!

It FINALLY stopped raining. The area is under a State of Emergency. I think there have been 6 flood related casualties. It's crazyness! We are all safe and dry (minus the rents basement) We actually made it to work and ventured to the grocery store afterwards. Levi got to sit in the car cart for the 1st time! I think he really liked it.

We stayed home from work today. Wrightsville is still getting hit hard by the rain and the roads to work are closed.
Rainy days = sleepy days! Which = pretty awesome.
Not so awesome...My parents backyard. Their basement is flooded. :(

The rain has continued and we have severe flooding! Dan and I had to leave work around 2:00 today since they were closing roads and daycare. We were forced to take the work truck since his car is in the shop and mine somehow has 2 flat tires. Thank GOD we did! We would have never made it home in a car. It was crazy. We had to drive through rushing water at least 2 feet deep. It was scary but we made it home safe.
